L. Taylor Banks

An expert in information security, Taylor began offering security training at SecureIT in 1999 and found a new passion in providing technical education. As a result, Taylor went on to author and teach dozens of technical and non-technical courses and certification programs on computer, network and information security. Across the past decade, he has trained and mentored dozens of Fortune 500 organizations, as well as members of the FBI, the NSA, the US Army, US Navy, and US Marine Corps. Taylor speaks at a number of national conferences including DEFCON, Outerzone, ISACA, ISSA, LayerOne, ShmooCon and Security B-Sides, and previously held a position on the Board with the Metro Atlanta chapter of the ISSA (Information Systems Security Association).

Since 2007, Taylor’s company KnowThreat has provided training and consultation on security, virtualization and cloud to over 300 organizations throughout the US, Canada and Europe.

Adam J. W. Bregenzer

With a background in software development, Adam Bregenzer began his professional career designing custom business accounting packages. He has served as a Director, VP and now C-level technology executive for a number of successful startups. Since 2000, Adam has honed his experience in the business operations and executive management realms with the critical thinking necessary for successful growth. As Chief Information Officer for NRI, Adam developed a series of revolutionary business strategies, designed to help turn information systems from cost centers into profit centers.

Adam has developed and presented various projects to the Information Security industry at a number of national conventions. He was a contributing author to the O’Reilly Series of programming manuals. He developed a number of nationally recognized websites and projects receiving worldwide press from Wired News, the New York Times, The Register, the Boston Globe, and the LA Times.
